Mario Galaxy and Metroid Other M sooner than you think

Yesterday Nintendo Australia had some sort of press event where they made some announcements. One huge announcement was that Mario Galaxy 2 and Metroid Other M will not be holiday titles, they are currently due for release between June and August. Woah. Really? That really doesn’t seem all that far away. Nintendo will be holding a press event today in the US to hopefully confirm and talk more about this. Only thing now I’m wondering is if these games are summer titles, what are they keeping for the holidays? Zelda? Pikmin? Who knows, hopefully we’ll have more details soon.
